From "I am the capture team" to "I have one"
"Time." "Sheer volume." "Determining the right fit." That's what 35 GovCon professionals told us makes a bid hard to analyze, not finding opportunities. An AI Capture Team does that work for your graduates, over two hands-on implementation sessions with up to 10 companies in your cohort.

Your companies don't have a search problem
We surveyed 35 GovCon professionals and asked what makes analyzing a bid hard. The answers clustered into three problems, and none of them was finding opportunities.
Capacity
Too much to review, not enough time to review it.
"Time."
"Sheer volume."
Qualification & Fit
Finding an opportunity isn't the hard part. Knowing if it's worth pursuing is.
"Determining the right fit."
"Discerning whether my company has a realistic chance."
"Differentiating an opportunity versus a loss."
Buyer Intelligence
The solicitation alone doesn't tell you enough.
"Understanding what the government is truly looking for."
Responses from our survey of 35 GovCon professionals. Not a claim about the entire market.
From doing the work to reviewing the evidence
"I am the capture team."
I spend my limited time searching, researching, analyzing, and figuring out what's actually worth pursuing.
"I have an AI Capture Team working with me."
My AI Capture Team does the mechanical research so I can spend my judgment on what deserves it.
The decision stays human. What changes is how much evidence you have when you make it.
Every step before the decision, done for you
Opportunity to solicitation analysis to requirement extraction to evaluation criteria to prior-award research to incumbent intelligence to capability comparison to fit and risk assessment, then one human go or no-go call.
The AI Capture Team never makes that call. It makes sure you're not making it blind.

This is the team each company configures
Six Digital Employees move every opportunity from first signal to a routed decision. A seventh sequences them. An eighth watches what your agencies publish before anything posts.
Hollis
Capture Orchestrator
Sequences the six stages and holds the approval gate before anything reaches you.
Reid
Signals Monitor
Watches OIG findings, GAO reports, budget justifications, and strategic plans for requirements forming before they post.
Chet
Monitor & Capture
Scanning federal, state, and foundation sources, every day, and the forming requirements Reid surfaces upstream.
Kyle
Screen & Vet
Assessing against your eligibility and priorities.
Cassie
Score & Prioritize
Fit, funding, timeline, strategic value, and signal strength: how close a documented gap sits to money moving.
Judy
Match & Team
Candidate primes, subs, and institutional partners, shortlisted per opportunity.
Ben
Circulate & Route
Delivered to the right person, ready to act on.
Kipp
Track & Close
Logged from flag to outcome.

Questions
Is this AI training?
No. Training explains AI. This has participants configuring and using a real AI Capture Team around their own company during the sessions.
Do participating companies need an existing AI Capture Team subscription?
No. The pilot includes configuring the AI Capture Team for each participating company as part of the program.
Are we still involved, or does this bypass our program staff?
You select the cohort and stay the point of contact throughout. Compound Leverage runs the sessions; your role in the relationship with these companies doesn't change.
What about proprietary or sensitive company information?
Participants use their own judgment about what to share, the same as in any capture process. Public and participant-provided information is used, and each participant is responsible for validating opportunity data before acting on it.
What happens after the pilot?
Organizations that want to run this for additional cohorts, or add the AI Proposal Team Implementation Program, do that in a separate follow-on agreement.
What if our cohort is smaller or larger than 10?
Fewer than 10 companies is the same price. More than 10 requires an additional per-company upcharge.
